With the approval of the Public Service Commission, Nepal Telecom Company Limited is inviting applications to fill vacant positions through open and inclusive competitive examinations, in line with its Employee Regulations, 2078 (including amendments).
Eligible Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications, are not disqualified under the regulations, and have not been barred by the Public Service Commission due to past examination irregularities may apply online.

Applicants must upload the following documents in the designated sections of the online application form:
- Nepali citizenship certificate
- Recently taken passport-size photograph
- Specimen signature
- Certificates of minimum required academic qualifications
- Training certificates, experience documents, and professional council registration certificates (only for positions where required)
- Certificates for inclusive groups
- Equivalence determination certificates (if applicable)
- For positions requiring prior qualification examinations conducted by the Public Service Commission, proof of having passed such examinations is required.
Applications must be submitted through the online system available on the Company’s website www.ntc.net.np or vacancy.ntc.net.np.
Applications that are incomplete, submitted after the deadline, or submitted without the required supporting documents will not be processed. If the details filled in or documents uploaded by the applicant through the online system are found to be incorrect or false, the applicant shall be solely responsible for such discrepancies. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Age Limit
By the final date of application submission:
- For Assistant Level positions: Minimum 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years
- For Officer Level positions (Level 6 to Level 7): Minimum 21 years completed and not exceeding 35 years
- For Officer Level positions (Level 8 and Level 9): Minimum 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years
For female candidates and candidates with disabilities, the upper age limit for all positions shall not exceed 40 years.
For age calculation purposes, the final date of application submission (21 days from the date of publication of this notice) shall be considered. The extended period provided for submission with double fees shall not be counted for age calculation. The age limit shall not apply to permanent employees currently working in Nepal Telecom Company Limited.

- For Technical Service positions at Level 4 (Telecom Technician) and Level 3 (Junior Technician), a practical examination will also be conducted.
Examination Fee Payment Procedure
After submitting the online application form, applicants may proceed to the payment option available on the online portal and make payment by selecting any one of the online payment service providers designated by the Company. Details of the payment service providers are published on the Company’s website.
Written Examination Schedule
The date, time, and examination center for the written examination will be determined and announced by the Public Service Commission.
Note:
If an applicant applies only under an inclusive group without applying under the open category, the examination fee equivalent to the open category shall be charged for the first inclusive group. Additional inclusive groups shall require payment of additional fees as mentioned above.
Academic qualification certificates, inclusive group certificates, professional council registration certificates, training, experience, and service period obtained after the final date of application submission (regular fee deadline) shall not be considered valid.
Applicants who have completed their education from foreign institutions must compulsorily upload the equivalence determination certificate issued by the concerned authority.
