Sindhuli Community Technical Institute

Sindhuli Community Technical Institute was founded in 2014 as a nonprofit community institution in partnership with the DCC Sindhuli and Kamalamai Municipality, and through a trilateral agreement with the CTEVT. The institute primarily aims to provide technical and vocational training in the fields of engineering, agriculture, and health. The SCTI operates on land owned by the CTEVT, as per the decision of the Nepal government, in the Nunthala area of Kamalamai Municipality, spanning 3.399 hectares of land. The SCTI is affiliated with the CTEVT and recognized by the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC).

Currently, the SCTI offers diploma courses in engineering and intends to expand its programs to include health and agriculture. It offers diploma level courses in Agriculture (Veterinary Science) and Civil Engineering. The SCTI has new infrastructures, providing much-needed classroom space and creating an improved environment for learning, contributing to the development of technical education in the district. It has a three-storey building with 19 rooms, computer and Internet lab, reading room, and various other facilities.

To produce skilled technical workforce as per community and industrial needs is our mission. SCTI is a community based institution promoting qualitative technical education by means of advancing knowledge and its practical application through advance teaching, research and innovation.
