Shreeprada Kendriya School

Previously known as Kathmandu Columbus School, the institution adopted its new name, Shreeprada Kendriya School, in alignment with the metropolitan municipality’s guidelines to embrace culturally rooted Nepali identities. The new name reflects the school’s values, identity, and continued commitment to delivering quality education.

Established in 2061 B.S., the school was founded with a vision to provide accessible and holistic education to the growing community of Kathmandu, with a strong emphasis on discipline and moral values. In 2081 B.S., the school underwent a significant transformation alongside its renaming, integrating technology and modern pedagogical approaches into its teaching-learning process. This transition marked a shift toward digital learning, enhanced extracurricular activities, and a more comprehensive approach to student development.
