About Us

Shree Vindhyavasini Secondary School, located in Pokhara, Kaski District of Gandaki Province, was established on Bhadra 12, 2004 B.S. as a Primary School. The school was gradually upgraded to Lower Secondary in 2014 B.S., Secondary in 2018 B.S., and Higher Secondary level in 2057 B.S. Based on academic feasibility and the recommendation of the subject selection committee, Science and Management streams have been operated in Grades 11 and 12 since 2076 B.S.

Guided by the school motto “Discipline and Dedication for Quality Education”, the school follows a structured and accountable management system. Clear TOR-based roles and responsibilities are assigned to the School Management Committee, teachers, and staff to ensure transparency, ownership, and effective academic and administrative operations.

The school places strong emphasis on student leadership, responsibility, and holistic development. Students are encouraged to take leadership roles through organized systems, house-based activities, and participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular programs. Equal importance is given to arts, music, dance, sports, and creative activities to promote balanced growth.

Academic quality enhancement remains a core focus. The school conducts regular subject-wise, class-wise, and level-wise result analysis after every examination to identify learning gaps and implement targeted improvement measures.
