Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City Office of the Municipal Executive, Educational Administration Division Sudurpaschim Province, Kailali, announces application for Studying in Grade 11 on Scholarship.
Regarding this matter, as per the decision of the Institutional School Scholarship Management Committee of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, students who wish to study on a scholarship in institutional schools within Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City for the academic session 2082 are informed to submit their applications to the Educational Administration Division.

- Start Date for Application Submission: 2082/03/19 (Thursday) from 10:00 AM
- Last Date for Application Submission: 2082/03/25 (Wednesday) until 5:00 PM
- Scholarship Examination Date: 2082/04/02 (Friday) from 1:00 PM onward
Eligibility
- Passed all subjects with a minimum of 1.6 GPA in SEE
- Having studied in a public school and passed SEE.
- In case of those who have studied in institutional schools, they have passed SEE in the scholarship quota provided by respective school.
Documents to be Submitted
- Application form with a recent passport-size photo
- Voucher of application fee submission
- Copy of SEE admit card and grade sheet (Even if the grade sheet is online)
- In the case of those who have studied in a public school, a copy of the recommendation letter from the headmaster of the school in the prescribed format regarding their studies in the public school, and the case of institutional school, a copy of the recommendation letter in the prescribed format from the principal of the school in relation to their studies in the institutional school on a scholarship.
- Copy of citizenship or birth certificate.
- In case of Dalit
- Copy of the Dalit recommendation letter from the District Administration Office, if the caste and status are not included in the National Dalit Commission's list of the Dalit community.
- In case of Tharu/Ranatharu:
- Copy of the Tharu/Ranatharu recommendation letter from the District Administration Office, if the caste and status are not included in the National Tharu/Ranatharu Commission's list of the Tharu/Ranatharu community.
- In case of Khas Arya
- Copy of the Khas Arya recommendation letter from the District Administration Office, if the caste and status are not included in the National Khas Arya Commission's list of the Khas Arya community.
- For the Indigenous Nationalities:
- Copy of the indigeneous nationality recommendation letter from the concerned district administration office, if the caste and status are not included in the Indigenous Nationalities Commission's list of the indigeneous community.
- In relation to the backward areas, the citizenship certificate obtained from the relevant district and a document from the relevant local level proving that the applicant has permanent residence in the same place till the time of application.
- In case of Disability:
- An identity card certifying the disability from the relevant local level.
- In case of Madhesi:
- Copy of the Madhesi recommendation letter from the District Administration Office, if the caste and status are not included in the National Madhesi Commission's list of the Madhesi community.
- In case of Muslim:
- Copy of the Muslim recommendation letter from the District Administration Office, if the caste and status are not included in the National Muslim Commission's list of the Muslim Community.
- If a candidate who cannot write by himself due to disability (blind, 'C' category low vision and can't use both hands) requests an assistant writer, a person studying at least one grade below as an assistant writer will be allowed to sit in the examination as an assistant writer two days before the day of the examination. Permission should be obtained from the Sports Department.
