Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has instructed campuses to mandatorily complete the generation of roll numbers within two weeks of the opening date of online examination forms.
According to the Office, examination forms for programs under the annual system have been filled out online through the Campus Portal in recent years. However, delays in completing the final step of generating roll numbers by some campuses have affected the internal and final preparations for conducting examinations.
Issuing a notice, the Office warned that failure to generate roll numbers within the stipulated time may hinder the allocation of examination centres. In such cases, the concerned campuses will have to bear full responsibility.
The Office has also urged campuses to immediately generate roll numbers for the upcoming third-year examinations of four-year B.A., B.Ed., B.Sc., and B.B.S. programs (both regular and partial), which are scheduled to begin from Chaitra 25.
