CTEVT Warns Against Unauthorized Skill-Based Training Programs
Degrees Offered in Nepal

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has issued an urgent notice regarding institutions conducting unauthorized Skill-Based Training Programs.

The Council's office has taken serious notice of public complaints regarding various institutions conducting short-term skill-based training programs on their own without obtaining affiliation or approval from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). As CTEVT is the body responsible for granting affiliation/approval for conducting technical and vocational education and training programs, all concerned are informed through this notice to conduct such programs only after obtaining prior approval from the Council.

Furthermore, individuals and parents interested in taking training are requested through this notice to participate in training only after ensuring that the institution has received affiliation/approval from the Council. If institutions are found conducting training programs on their own, action will be taken against such institutions according to prevailing laws. Additionally, this notice informs all concerned stakeholders that the Council office will not be held responsible if individuals participate in training programs conducted by such unauthorized institutions, as per the decision of the Council office dated 2082/12/17.
