CTEVT has initiated the grading and accreditation process of educational institutions to ensure quality technical and vocational education and training in educational institutions running Pre-Diploma and Diploma/Certificate level programs with affiliation/approval from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
Interested educational institutions that have met the minimum qualifications according to Schedule-8 of the Grading and Accreditation Manual, 2082, are requested to apply within 60 (sixty) days from the date this notice was first published. Applications should be submitted through the Council's online address https://qaa.qualitytvet.org.np/ by filling out the Rapid Assessment form, along with a self-declaration of obtaining at least 50 percent marks, and uploading the following documents.
Necessary Documents to be Uploaded:
- Decision of the Management (Board of Directors) Committee to participate in the accreditation process.
- Decision regarding the formation of the Internal Quality Assurance Committee.
- Monitoring report conducted by a team of experts from the relevant professional council.
- Affiliation and renewal certificate of the educational institution.
- Approved School Improvement Plan.
- Audit reports of the last two fiscal years.
- Documents confirming the graduation of at least two batches.
- Voucher or digital payment receipt of Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand Rupees only) for the application fee, deposited into account number 17301000000006 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi Branch, Council Office.
Note: Educational institutions confirmed to have met the minimum qualifications as specified in the manual will be included in the further accreditation process. The Grading and Accreditation Manual, 2082, and this notice can also be obtained from the Council's website www.ctevt.org.np.
