Public Youth Campus (PYC) initiated its Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) program in 2010, a significant self-sustained development. This four-year, full-time, semester-based TU-affiliated course is designed to equip students with professional skills for Nepal's growing travel and tourism industry. Graduates of the BTTM program will be capable of managing international tourist services, including tours, treks, and rafting, as well as handling air ticketing. They will gain an appreciation for tourism development planning and sustainable management, possess entrepreneurial skills for the industry, and be prepared for further advanced studies. The program emphasizes practical skill development, research, and is delivered by experienced faculty, meeting the specific needs of the travel industry and preparing students for middle management positions.
BTTM graduates are in high demand globally in various tourism and hospitality sectors such as; travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines and aviation, tourism projects, cruise lines, transport companies, destination management companies, cargo agencies, tourism institutes, academician, academic research, government tourism organizations, and many more.
The BTTM program is based on a semester system. It is a 4-year program spread over eight semesters, each semester consisting of 16 weeks of intensive study. The program covers 126 credit hours. The curricular structure has business tool courses, business foundation courses, focus area courses, and elective area courses.

Currently, more than 70 full-time faculty members are working in management research. There are ten people with PhD degrees and extensive research expertise in applied business.
