The Certificate in General Medicine (PCL) is a three-year program affiliated with CTEVT that aims to produce mid-level health professionals who can help the rural community with healthcare. This program helps students in college who know basic science and applied science in their second and third years. They are also the foundation for public health programs. This course is designed especially for the fulfillment of lower-level physicians in the context of Nepal.
