Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of formal education (12 years schooling + 3 years of bachelor’s degree).
A CGPA of at least 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or second division in the bachelor's level.
Any one of the following academic backgrounds:
Bachelor of Health Care Management (BHCM)
Post Graduate Diploma in Health Care Management (PGDHCM)
Bachelor's degree in a health science field or an equivalent degree recognized by Pokhara University
Admission Procedure
A public notice announces the opening of applications.
Application forms and brochures are provided upon request after payment of the prescribed fee.
The college reviews applications, and eligible candidates are notified about the entrance test.
Some applicants may also be called for interviews as part of the final selection.
Provisional admissions are granted under specific conditions, but students must submit all required documents within one month of the class commencement date. Failure to do so results in cancellation of admission.
Internship & Placement
Internship
MHCM students are required to complete a practicum approved by the college. This practical component allows students to gain real-life exposure and apply classroom knowledge to actual healthcare settings. Based on their interests and specialization, students are placed in hospitals, health projects, and public or private health programs. Placements are either chosen by the students or assigned by the college.
