The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has announced admission open for new admissions to various Pre-Diploma Level programs for the academic year 2082/083.
(a) Applicants must have participated in the examinations of all subjects of SEE or equivalent examinations.
(b) Even students who have received "Non Graded (NG)" in the SEE examination results will be able to participate in programs at this level.
a. Priority will be given to applicants who have obtained grades in compulsory Mathematics, Science, and English subjects of the SEE examination.
b. If the marks are equal according to Section (1) and (a), priority will be given to applicants who have obtained grades in any two of the compulsory Mathematics, Science, and English subjects of the SEE examination.
c. Even if the marks are equal according to Section (1) and (b), priority will be given to applicants who have obtained a grade in any one of the compulsory Mathematics, Science, and English subjects of the SEE examination.
d. Even if the marks are equal according to Section (1) and (c), the merit order will be determined based on the earlier date of birth.

(a) Scanned copy of the original Nepali citizenship certificate or minor or birth registration certificate.
(b) Scanned copy of the original letter certified by the Education Development and Coordination Unit of the respective district or the concerned school, stating that it is a government or community school.
(c) For Dalits, a scanned copy of the original letter from the concerned municipality according to Schedule 3 of the listed castes, and if there are more than one surname within the listed caste, a letter from the municipality office identifying the Dalit.
(d) For Madhesi/Muslim applicants, a scanned copy of the original certificate certified by the concerned municipality/district administration office.
(e) For Indigenous nationalities, a scanned copy of the original letter from the concerned municipality according to Schedule 4 of the listed castes under the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act, and if there are more than one surname within the listed caste, a letter certified by the municipality office.
(f) For Khas Arya, a scanned copy of the original certificate certified by the concerned municipality office.
(g) For Tharu, a scanned copy of the original certificate certified by the concerned municipality office.
(h) For applicants from backward remote areas, a scanned copy of the original certificate issued by the concerned municipality office stating that they have obtained the minimum educational qualification and have permanent residence in Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu, and Humla districts.
(i) For families of disappeared persons, martyrs, the injured, and their families, a scanned copy of the original certificate certified by the concerned district administration office, stating that the person was disappeared or a martyr during the people's movement of 2062/63 BS, the people's war, Madhes movement, or any other movement within the country, along with a kinship certificate.
(j) For persons with disabilities, a scanned copy of the original disability identity card issued by the concerned office of the Government of Nepal.
(k) One recent passport-size (35x45mm) color photograph clearly showing the facial features.
(l) Scanned copy of the original certificate of minimum educational qualification or equivalent educational certificate.
(m) All necessary certificates must be included in the online application form. Applications that do not include the required educational certificates and related documents, or those that submit false documents, will be automatically rejected.
