Kathmandu University School of Law has published the entrance examination schedule for the Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Laws (BBM-LL.B) for the Spring Intake of the academic year 2026. 

Updated Details:

  • Exam Date: 7 February, 2026 (Saturday)
  • Exam Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (120 minutes)
  • Venue: Kathmandu University, School of Law
  • Admission Card Distribution: 4 February to 6 February 2026 (Two passport-size photos and photo ID -Citizenship certificate or +2 exam admission card, are required to collect the admission card.)
  • Result publication: 7 February, 2026
  • Interview Date: 8 February, 2026

Note: The applicants who cannot collect the admission card on the aforementioned date can collect it on the exam day at 9:30 AM. The applicant has to be present at the exam hall 45 minutes before the exam time along with an admission card and photo ID.

Kathmandu University (KU) School of Law (KUSOL) announces the opening of admission to the five-year undergraduate program, Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Laws (BBM-LL.B) for the Spring Intake of the academic year 2026.

The BBM-LLB is a unique integrated law program that aims to create a cadre of modern lawyers knowledgeable and skilled in law and the fundamentals of business and management. The degree meets all the requirements of a professional undergraduate law degree or Legum Baccalaureus, and it provides additional exposure to management, which would give graduates an added advantage in working as lawyers in the government, corporate sector and public enterprises, civil society, and international organizations, among other places.

Eligibility

Nepali and non-Nepali nationals who have completed a 10+2 or intermediate-level study program of at least 2 years duration after SLC/SEE in any discipline, securing a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate or a CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 from universities/boards recognized by Kathmandu University, can apply. Those who have completed the following program with the mentioned grade are also eligible to apply.

  • University of Cambridge, UK (A-Level): - Three A-level and one AS-level Courses -Aggregate Percentage Uniform Marks (PUM) of 50% or a Minimum D/d in each subject.

  • International Baccalaureate (IB), Switzerland:- Minimum 6 subjects (at least 3 courses in Higher level) with 26 points in aggregate

  • Council for Technical, Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Nepal:- Three-year diploma withan  aggregate of 50%

  • CBSE, India:- 50% in aggregate

Documents Required

  1. A copy of academic credentials (SLC/SEE or equivalent level of studies and +2 or equivalent level of studies, and, in case of provisional application, a copy of the admit card for the appearance in the final exam).
  2. A copy of a citizenship certificate or passport
  3. The proof of the deposit of the application fee of Rs. 2000.00 (Two Thousand only) made in the following bank account, Bank Ltd A/C No. 04201017500994, A/C Name: KU-School of Law

Need-based, merit-based, and other scholarships are available to the admitted students.
