Rajarshi Janak University, Faculty of Humanities and Law, has extended the deadline for submitting the application form for admissions to its Master of Computer Application (MCA) program for the academic year 2082/83. 

The initial deadline, which was set for Magh 21, 2082, has been extended as follows. Likewise, the university also published the entrance examination schedule as follows:

  • Extended Deadline: Magh 28, 2082 (February 11, 2082)

  • Entrance Card Availability: Magh 29, 2082  (February 12, 2026) via online

  • Entrance Exam Date and Time: Falgun 2,2082 (February 14, 2026); Saturday, 11 AM onwards

Rajarshi Janak University, Faculty of Humanities and Law, Office of the Dean, has published a notice regarding application submission for admission to the Master of Computer Application (MCA) for the Academic Session 2025 A.D. (2082 B.S.).

The entry requirements for students in the Master of Computer Application (MCA) are:

  • Bachelor of Computer Applications
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE Computer/Electronics/Information Technology/Software)
  • Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
  • Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc. CSIT)
  • Bachelor of Information Management (BIM)
  • Bachelor of Education in Information and Communication Technology (BEd. ICT/BICT)
  • Or Bachelor of any other Equivalent Subjects

Must have completed the above Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second division or equivalent grade from a recognized institution.

Entrance Form Details:

  •  Application Submission: Magh 21, 2082 (February 4, 2026)
  • Applicant can apply through (www.apply.rju.edu.np)
  • Entrance Examination Fee: NRs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Only). While filling out the online application form, the student should pay via E-Sewa. The deposited amount cannot be refunded.
  • Campus: University Campus, Janakpurdham.
  • The schedule for the Entrance Examination will be published on the website (www.rju.edu.np) later.
