The Directorate of Education Development, Bagmati Province, invites applications for a province-wide competition aimed at fostering creativity and innovation among students. As part of the approved annual program for Fiscal Year 2081/082, this initiative encourages students to design and develop STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning materials.
Note: This opportunity is specifically targeted toward the creation of STEAM learning materials intended for Grades 4 to 8.
"Creation of STEAM Learning Materials for Use in Grades 4 to 8 at the School Level"
First Phase: Applications will be collected from student groups studying in schools across Bagmati Province.
Second Phase: From these applications, a maximum of 10 schools will be selected.
Selected student groups will be given 15 days to create the proposed learning materials.
Each selected group will be provided with up to NPR 30,000 in funding, as per the official procedure titled:
“Procedures for Conducting School-Level Competitive Programs on STEAM, 2081”
Interested students or student groups must submit their applications within 15 days from the publication date of this notice.
Applications should be prepared in accordance with Schedule-2, Section (A) and (B) of the mentioned procedure and can be submitted through either of the following methods:
In person at the Directorate's office, or
Via email by scanning and compiling all required documents into a single PDF file and sending it to: edd.bagamati@gmail.com
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
