BCA Re-Entrance Exam Notice 2082 - Tribhuvan University

Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Office of the Dean, announces a re-entrance examination for admission to the Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) for 2082/83 B.S.

Key Details

• Online Entrance Application Form: Mangsir 10, 2082 - Mangsir 22, 2082 (November 26, 2025 - November 28, 2025)
• Applicants can apply online HERE
• Entrance Examination Fee: Rs 3000 (eSewa or Khalti; non-refundable)
• Entrance Examination Date: Mangsir 14, 2082( November 30, 2025). 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Entrance Examination Center: Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, Bagbazar, Kathmandu
• Outside the valley, the respective campus/college will be established as the examination center.

Note: The respective campuses should approve the applicant's form by November 28, 2025.

Examinees who are concerned can print and collect their admit cards starting from November 12, 2025 (Mangsir 12, 2082).

Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, has extended the deadline for submission of the entrance examination form for BCA. 

Key Details:

• Entrance Form Submission Deadline with Normal Fee: Kartik 15, 2082  (November 01, 2025)  till 12 midnight
• Entrance Form Submission Deadline with Double Fee: Kartik 20, 2082 (November 06, 2025) till 12 midnight
• Entrance Card Accessibility: Concerned students shall print their entrance card from the Kartik 16, 2082 (November 02, 2025)
• Entrance Examination Date: Kartik 22, 2082 (November 8, 2025) 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

• Online Entrance Application Form in Double Fees: Bhadra 28, 2082 B.S. (  September 13, 2025)
• Applicants can apply online HERE
• Entrance Examination Fee: Rs 1, 500 (eSewa or Khalti; non-refundable)
• Written Entrance Examination Date will be published later.
• Entrance Examination Center will be published at a later date

ELIGIBILITY

Grade 12 Passed in 2079 B.S. Onwards

• Minimum D grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 1.8 or more OR
• A minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline OR
• Students who have passed grade 11 and are waiting for grade 12 results can also apply. However, they must submit the certificates for grades 11 & 12, along with all the required documents, at the time of admission.

Grade 12  Passed before 2079 B.S.

• Minimum D+ grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 2.0 or more OR
• A minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline.

Note: The respective campuses should approve the applicant's form by Bhadra 16, 2082, and for double fees by Bhadra 21, 2082 B.S.
