Admission Open for Master in Data Science (MDS) 2082 at Tribhuvan University

Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology, School of Mathematical Sciences, announces the admission schedule for the two-year Master in Data Science (MDS) program, conducted under the semester system.

Eligibility for Master in Data Science

• Applicants must have completed a Bachelor's degree from Tribhuvan University or a recognized institution with at least a CGPA of 2.0 or Second Division marks in any of the following:
  • B.E. / B.Sc. CSIT / BIT / BCA / B.Math.Sc.
  • B.A./B.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics)
  • B.A./B.Sc. with Mathematics/Statistics in the first two years
  • BIM with one Mathematics and one Statistics course, or an equivalent degree.
• In the case of degrees obtained from foreign or other universities, an Equivalence Certificate must be submitted.
• Applications will be cancelled if it is found that the applicant does not meet the minimum qualifications, even if they have filled out the form or appeared for the entrance exam.
