Xavier Academy, established in 1997 and located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, is a leading institution under NEF management. Admission Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have passed the latest SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
  • Only the most recent SEE or equivalent results will be considered for admission to Class XI.
  • For the 10+2 programs in Science or Management, specific eligibility requirements will be published prior to the start of the admission procedure.
  • Note: Eligibility criteria may vary from year to year. Applicants are advised to confirm the latest requirements with the college administration before applying.

Admission Process:

  1. Application Submission:
    • Fill out the official application form.
    • Submit the completed form along with copies of transcripts, certificates, and mark sheets.
  2. Entrance Examination:
    • Eligible applicants must sit for an entrance examination.
    • The exam score will be combined with SEE/SLC results for evaluation.
  3. Interview:
    • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an entrance interview.
    • Final selection will be based on the combined performance in the SEE, entrance exam, and interview.

Admission Procedure

Prospective candidates are required to fill out the application form and provide copies of their recent mark sheets, transcripts, certificates, and a current photograph.

Those who meet the eligibility criteria will be required to take an Entrance Examination. Admission to Class XI, as well as other courses, will be determined based on a combination of the candidate's overall SEE performance, Entrance Examination score, and performance during the entrance interview.
