Softwarica College of IT and E-commerce, located at Dillibazar, Kathmandu, announces pre-registration admission open for the following programs at Bachelor's Level for the March Intake:

  • BSc (Hons) Ethical Hacking and Cybersecurity
  • BSc (Hons) Computer Science with AI
  • BSc (Hons) Software Engineering

Eligibility

  • Students must have obtained at least 2.4 GPA or equivalent in the 10+2 level
  • Students must have completed A level with at least 3.5 credits with minimum 2 subjects in A2 level
  • Students must have English requirement of equivalent to IELTS overall 6.0 and no band less than 5.5 or pass the GETS English Test Examination conducted by the college.

Application Checklist

  1. Attested photocopies of all your educational certificates of all education levels achieved.
  2. References from the Schools/Colleges Authority. The References must be on Headed Paper from an academic or an employer, and the original, not photocopies.
  3. Two passport-sized photos
  4. Citizenship Photocopy
  5. A statement from the student explaining why you want to study IT and why you chose Softwarica College of IT and E-Commerce.
  6. Guardian Form 

Scholarship Information

  • Scholarships range from 25% to 100% of the semester tuition fees.
  • To be eligible, students must:
    • Score an overall average of 60% or above.
    • Maintain at least 80% attendance.
    • Pass all modules in the semester.
  • If multiple students achieve similar academic results, behavioral aspects may be considered for the final selection.
  • Misconduct or disciplinary issues can disqualify a student from receiving the scholarship.
  • Scholarships are distributed based on cohort size:
    • 1 student receives a 100% scholarship.
    • 2 students receive 50% scholarships.
    • The remaining scholarship funds are allocated as 25% waivers to other deserving students.
