Grade 1 Admission Notice-2083: St. Xavier's School, Godavari

​St. Xavier's School, Godawari, Lalitpur, announces notice regarding the admission process for Class 1 for the academic session 2083. 

Key Details:

1. Online form distribution date: Chaitra 15, 16, 17, 2082 (March 29, 30 & 31, 2026) (forms can be obtained and submitted physically by Chaitra 17/ March 31).
2. Parent Interviews and Student Interaction: Chaitra 23 and 24, 2082 (April 6 & 7, 2026)
3. Publication of Selected Student List: Chaitra 27, 2082 (April 10, 2026) at 5 PM on the school website.
4. Distribution of Admission Forms for Selected Students: Chaitra 28, 2082 (April 11, 2026)
5. Submission of Admission Forms by Students: Baisakh 02, 2083 (April 15, 2026)
6. Parent Orientation Program: Baisakh 04, 2083 (April 17, 2026)
7. Commencement of New Academic Session 2082: Baisakh 9, 2083 (April 22, 2026)

Procedure:

1. Students residing within 10 kilometers of the school (Godaari to Satdobato) will be given priority.
2. Documents submitted by parents will be verified.
3. Interaction will be held with all parents and students who have applied.
4. A list of selected students will be published after parent interviews, student interaction, and document verification.
5. The selection ratio of boys and girls will be as equal as possible.

6. The student must be between 5 years 6 months and 6 years 6 months of age as of Baisakh 1, 2083 B.S.

7. The school bus service will only be available to the locations mentioned in the admission form (Taukhel, Bandegaun, Thaiba, Harisiddhi, Jharuwarasi, Bajrabarahi, Thecho, Tahakhel, Badikhel, Godamchaur, NAST Satdobato, ICIMOD).
8. Students without proper age verification and inadequate documentation, as well as those with suspicious documents or incomplete forms filled in the previous year, will not be included in the selection process.
